A Boca Raton police officer jumped into action after a dog broke away from his owner’s leash and slipped into a nearby canal to reportedly chase after an iguana. And the whole thing was caught on camera.
The dog’s owner, Will Betterton, tried to chase after it, but decided to call 911 after the pup became trapped in the water and was struggling to stay above water.
