When Eldad Hagar started his Los Angeles animal rescue, Hope for Paws, his goal was to help as many animals as he could suffering from neglect and abuse. His made it his life’s mission to scour the city of angels to help bring joy to these poor dog’s lost lives.

Finn, who was found living by the railroad tracks, is one of those dogs. The place he called home was dangerous, dirty, and nowhere any dog should ever live. Finn, who was was actually a puppy, was in need of a bath, fresh water, food, and of course, love.
