A big Husky can look pretty intimidating up against a tiny newborn kitten… but it looks like these two have an incredible bond. The kitten is laying comfortably in her ‘mama’s’ embrace, when she decides to wander off and say hi to the camera.

But mom is very protective of her little baby, and it doesn’t take long for her to follow the cat, pluck her up by her neck just like a good mother does, and take her right back to where they were, cuddled together. Four-year-old Madeline was the only dog left after hundreds had already found a home at the Arizona Humane Society adopt-a-thon. It looked like she would be spending more time at the shelter, until a thoughtful couple saw her on TV and knew this dog was their destiny! They ran down to the shelter and immediately adopted her. “How would you feel if you got left out in the cold?” says Eli Beckman, Madeline’s proud new dad. And really, it’s true… how could you say no to a face like that?! Every dog deserves a home!

These two dachshunds are adorable! This breed of dog loves to run and has so much energy, so their owners thought bringing them to the park on a sunny day would be a great idea. In the beginning of this video, Bonnie is in terrible condition. Abandoned by her owners, painfully matted down and scared of people, Bonnie was brought to the North Clwyd Animal Rescue. There, she was groomed, pampered and shown an entirely different side of humanity – within minutes, she goes from frightened to affectionate. Watching transformations like this one is simply the most wonderful sight to see. I LOVE watching her play outside, smile and cuddle up to her savior. Charlie was living all alone as a stray on the streets of Los Angeles. When he was finally rescued and brought in to a shelter, he was matted down with pounds of fur that was covered in dirt and burrs. He could barely see. But watch this amazing transformation as Charlie is finally groomed – and look how handsome he becomes! Just two days later, Charlie was adopted and never again had to live life on his own.
