In TexasGirly1979′s house everyone gets along! The YouTube animal fanatic posted this adorable video of her snowshoe cat, Max-Arthur, who loves to plop on top of Pit Bull Sharky, who is such a big teddy bear!

Instead of being annoyed by Max-Arthur using him as a chair while he takes a little nap, sweet Sharky actually seems to enjoy the company. As you will see in the video, the second Max-Arthur runs away into another room, Sharky looks completely lost and confused. Nothing is sweeter than these animal best friends!

Meet Gaytor. This adorable fox terrier loves treats, belly rubs… and staying in touch with his furry pals on Skype!

The dog’s owner uploaded this adorable video of Gaytor howling at a laptop, appearing to have an in-depth conversation with another terrier in the U.K. The two howl back and forth and pull their heads back during their Skype chat. It’s so cute! Looks like humans aren’t the only ones benefitting from the online technology.

Four puppies were abandoned at birth and had only a small chance of survival. A local farmer rescued the dogs and decided to see if his mother sow, who had just given birth to her own piglets, would adopt the young pups.

Without hesitation, the mother pig stepped in as their surrogate mother, feeding and caring for them. Now they all live together and the little puppies have gained a new family. Nothing is better than a happy ending!

Jimmy Stewart reads his famous heartwarming poem about his dog Beau on “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson” in 1981. It’s so well-written and performed, by the end I was a mess of tears. As a dog lover, I relate to every word. What a wonderful poem, and what a wonderful man. He is truly missed, just as he missed Beau.

Duke was chained up — for five years — and by the time he was found and finally rescued, he was on the brink of death. Left with little-to-no food and water, Duke was so weak he could barely lift the chain to move around.

He was rescued in Greece by the Ilioupolis Animal Welfare Union, where was also treated for dirofilaria, or roundworms.
