Paralyzed And Scared, This Stray Walked On Two Legs – Right Into The Arms Of His Forever Family.

13 Jun

By Amy

This Chihuahua was living on the streets alone, and in so much pain he could hardly walk. His tail had been broken off, leaving his bones and nerves exposed. His spine was also separated from an injury, and his hind legs didn’t work. Amazingly, he learned to walk on his front legs.

Hands Solo, as he’s known today, was rescued by an amazing group called The Mutt Scouts who took him in, got him surgery on his tail and finally pampered him the way he’d always needed. And, get this: Hands learned how to run, on all fours – and he …read more

You’ll Never Believe What My Dog Keeps Doing – I’m Laughing Out Loud!

13 Jun

By Jessica

It’s true, I may have the clumsiest dog on the planet, but that doesn’t mean I love him any less! In fact, I think I love my dog more because he’s such a goofball! He’s always getting into odd predicaments or just generally tripping on himself, but hey, I’m not that graceful either, so we go together like two peas in a pod!

You’ve got to tell me which silly thing is your favorite – personally, I’m a big fan of the way he likes to sit in a barrel of water! Either that, or this three tennis ball trick! If …read more

I Thought My Husband’s Snoring Was The Worst I’ve Ever Heard… Until I Saw This Video!

12 Jun

By Caroline

Good luck trying to wake up this sleepyhead… he is the definition of OUT COLD! Apollo the English Bulldog just wants to take a nap, but instead his snoring wakes up the entire neighborhood. If there was ever a sleep apnea invention for pooches, this dog should definitely be the test subject.

This dog’s snoring is so terrible, I bet his neighbors can hear it. I would be beyond torn if this pup was my own. I’d want to sleep with Apollo every night, but I’d probably also lose my mind if he were my own pup! Have you ever heard …read more

I Can’t Use The Computer Without My Dog Doing THIS! Can You Believe Him?!

12 Jun

By Amy

Sometimes, when dogs want our attention they’ll do just about anything in order to get it. Even if it means completely disturbing and/or ruining what we’re doing at the time. Such is the case for this needy Collie, who hates it when her mom uses her laptop – because it means she doesn’t get any attention! Doesn’t she know, that’s where mom buys a lot of her toys and treats?! LOL.

I LOVE the look on the pup’s face after she successfully shuts the computer, as if to say, “Yea, I just did that. Now, can we go out puh-lease?!” Ha! …read more

Billy is a small chihuahua mix who was rescued from an abusive puppy mill in North Carolina. When Adam of the Humane Society found Billy, his cage was rusted shut. When My 4-Year-Old Grandson Sang A Lullaby To My Blind And Deaf Dog, I MELTED!!

12 Jun

By Amy

Oh my goodness! This is the sweetest thing in the world! When Peggy’s four-year-old grandson came to visit, he serenaded her 14-year-old dog Toby, who is blind and 90% deaf. And what do you know… Toby is lulled to sleep with Alex’s adorable singing. You can tell the little boy cares about this pup very much, and wants him to enjoy the most comfortable couch nap! I have no doubt he’ll make the best pet parent one day.

This Dog Makes The FUNNIEST Sounds, I Can’t Help But Laugh Hysterically!!

12 Jun

By Amy

Okay, now I know Snuggles here is being just a tiny bit prodded at by her mom, who knows how much she hates the remote control (which is kind of funny all on its own)… but if these sounds came out of my dog, I don’t think I could resist bringing them out of her from time-to-time. She’s so angry, yet I can’t help but notice how adorable she is, and how hysterical her funny sounds are! I don’t think I’ve EVER heard anything quite like it.

Snuggles is safe on dad’s lap, as you can see, and no dog was …read more

By Caroline

Duncan Lou Who is an adorable Boxer puppy who was born a little different than the rest of doggies in his litter. Duncan was born with his two hind legs fused together and at only 8 weeks old, they had to be amputated to save his life. You might expect this disability to set Duncan back a bit, but in his eyes, he is no different from any other dog! I’m in awe by how happy and energetic he is.

In this video, Duncan went to the park to practice walking. He has a wheelchair and practices hydrotherapy with his owner …read more
