This is the sweetest moment caught on camera! Everyone in Isabelle’s family was excited about this new baby’s arrival, but NO ONE wants to hang out with her more than the family’s original baby, their pup, Billy. While Isabelle is just resting on the bed, Billy can not jump high enough to try and get to her!
