I love gags just as much as everyone else, but this one takes the cake! Can you imagine heading to the park with your dog, only to be stopped and forced to put a diaper on your dog to continue? It’s a silly thing to think of something like this, but if there’s a sign that tells us that it’s the law, then so many people will abide!
