Meet Ebbie – a sweet Beagle who spent the majority of his life in a cage. His tale of survival is unlike any I’ve ever heard before. Ebbie was one of 40 Beagles rescued from an animal testing lab, where he was guaranteed a miserable existence and untimely death. When Ebbie was saved, he was horribly unhealthy.
