The adorably puppy in this video just got a toy that I have NEVER seen before, but could seriously change the game for dog parents like myself. I thought it was a sprinkler, but apparently it works as a water fountain for canines on those hot dog days of summer. Why didn’t I think of this simple, yet genius idea?!
