On a recent trip to Vietnam, a group of American tourists encountered one of the most amazing little angels, a little puppy named “Toy Dog.”

According to the dog’s owners, “Toy Dog” was born with a rare birth defect that has stunted his growth, keeping him looking like a puppy. He also has stiff legs and a funny walk, but he is just as lovable and amazing as any other dog can be!
