Six days before she was rescued, this adorable Golden Retriever named Roo was covered in concrete, feces and urine. She was scared of absolutely anything and everything, and completely out of hope. Here, we see a much different Roo. She’s now in a loving foster care family, and as you can see, she’s coming out of her shell! Here is the very first time her new dad got her to respond to play — and the results are amazing AND adorable!
