Say hello to Duncan Lou Who! He’s an adorable Boxer puppy who was born with severely deformed legs that were fused together and had to be removed at birth, but that hasn’t stopped him from being the happiest dog of all time!

In the video’s YouTube description, Duncan’s owner says he does have a wheelchair, but can’t stand to use it, so they let him be free and walk on what he’s got. However, it’s not always easy and Duncan Lou Who needs to keep his body in the best possible strength.
