At 6-years-old and weighing a mere two pounds, Cupcake the Teacup Longhair Appleface Chihuahua has made the Guinness World Records as the smallest service and therapy dog. Cupcake’s owner Angela always knew she was special, as Cupcake was there to see Angela through a string of tragedies you have to hear to believe.
