Lisa Kane has grown so dependent on her service dog, Sam, that she decided to throw him a birthday party, and invited her neighbors along to celebrate!

Sam had his own cake, party favors, and a priest even came by to bless all the animals for all the amazing work they do day in and day out for their disabled owners!
